City Rd, Southbank immediately adjacent to Melbourne’s Arts Centre Precinct, Southgate Promenade and Yarra River. It comprises 130 serviced apartments over levels 5 and 13, with a further 48 residential apartments on levels 14 to 18.

Features include a 25 metre pool, gymnasium, spa and sauna area located on the top floor with stunning views over the Melbourne CBD and Botanical Gardens.

The serviced apartments are tenanted by Mantra (formerly Pacific International) – Australia’s largest managers of serviced apartments – on a 10 year lease.

Reception, Conference Rooms and Restaurants are provided on the ground and first floor.

The building won an Australian Architectural award in 2002 for the innovative use of exterior finishes to the building. All 178 apartments were pre-sold prior to the commencement of construction by Walter Constructions in 2000.

The building was completed in early 2002.
