The Principal of IDS - Phil Petch - has had over 16 years experience in the property sector, particularly in development and sales management. Phil's aim is to seek unique development opportunities in quality location and is not bound by location or development type. Phil has a Bachelor or Commerce from Melbourne University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Phil has been a Director and Shareholder in successfully completed projects with a total end value in excess of $128M, ranging in type from one of Australia's first factory outlet malls to a 22 level inner city residential tower.
