The Westport Business Park is located in Lorimer St, Port Melbourne – directly opposite the Yarra River. It comprises an office/laboratory centre for Inchcape Testing Services, with a further 5 office/wharehouse facilities.

 

The RACV Accident Repair Facility at Canterbury Rd, Vermont was built for the specific purposes of the RACV.
It was both pre-leased and pre-sold prior to the commencement of construction.
